BAi is a team of dedicated professionals and support personnel, founded in 1935, which services the Sports, Leisure, Education, Convention Center, Performing Arts, Corporate and Religious communities in the science and art of acoustics, audio, audiovisual and information technologies (IT). These services are provided to Architects, Engineers and building Owners.

With a growing staff of nineteen, and with each of the two current Officers experience totaling 70 years in acoustics and audio technology, the company offers over 125 years of experience to the communities it serves.

Experience in over 4,900 projects, together with a unique combination of music, engineering and physics backgrounds, provides an enormous variety of experience and knowledge to the company's clients, regardless of the project type. The company's expertise, in addition to acoustics, includes video, broadcast cabling technology, distance learning technology, audio systems, audio visual projection and control systems , information transport (IT), noise and vibration control, CATV and satellite downlink systems and audio recording systems.

From its earliest inception over 70 years ago, when the founding Principal of the firm developed innovative solutions for broadcast acoustics for symphony orchestras in radio studios, to patents devoted to solving the problem of feedback in sound systems with the development of the first audio equalization technology, to the involvement of the latest technology in its acoustics, audio and audio-visual design, the firm is uniquely qualified and committed to providing its clients with the utmost in quality of service. The company officers remain, and will continue to remain, on-site presence and design leadership.
