Georgia International Convention Center, College Park, Georgia
This 400,000 SF facility includes 150,000 SF of Exhibit space, a 40,000 SF Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Conference Center and Administrative spaces. An acoustical highlight is the acoustical protection of the Ballroom and Meeting Rooms from high noise levels resulting from flyovers involving aircraft arrivals and departures to and from Hartsfield International Airport.
Connecticut Convention Center, Harford, Connecticut
The 540,000 SF Connecticut Convention Center opened in 2005 and includes over 140,000SF of exhibit space, a 40,000 SF ballroom, and 25,000 SF of flexible meeting space.
Palm Beach County Convention Center, West Palm Beach, Florida
The $83-million, 350,000-square-foot Palm Beach County Convention Center is a state-of-the-art facility that features a 100,000 SF exhibit hall, a 25,000 SF ballroom, and 23,000 SF of flexible breakout space.
American Bank Center, Corpus Christi, Texas
Renovation of the 500,000 SF complex was completed in 2004 and features 76,500 SF of exhibit space, 22 breakout rooms, a 25,000 SF banquet hall, the 20,000 SF Bayview Ballroom, the 10,500-seat American Bank Center Arena, and the 2,526-seat American Bank Center Selena Auditorium. All rooms are phone/internet-ready with either hardwire CAT-6 connections and/or wireless internet.
Georgia World Congress Center, Phase 4, Atlanta, Georgia
BAi, LLC provided design and planning services for the initial facility that opened in 1976 with 350,000 SF of exhibit space through the Phase IV Expansion. Today, the facility features 1.4 million SF of exhibit space in 12 halls, 106 meeting rooms, two grand ballrooms, and three fixed-seat auditoriums.

The $42.5M convention center includes 317,000 SF of meeting space that encompasses two exhibit halls, 16 meeting rooms, and two ballrooms.

Puerto Rico Convention Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico
Designed as the centerpiece of the New Americas World Trade District, the 550,000 GSF center includes a 150,000 SF exhibit hall, 40,000 SF of banquet space, 40,000 SF of ballroom space, and 100,000 SF of circulation space.
The Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center Expansion, Salt Lake City, Utah
BAi was part of the design team responsible for the 40% expansion of the Salt Palace. The facility spans a huge downtown block and encompasses 679,000 SF of meeting and exhibit space—515,000 SF of contiguous exhibit hall space divisible into nine halls, and 164,000 SF of meeting space capable of hosting 67 concurrent meeting. The Salt Palace Convention Center Expansion has been awarded the LEED “silver†status for environmentally responsible construction and design.
