Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Lone Star Campus, Austin, Texas
The new 865,000 SF campus is located on a 59-acre site and consists of five structures. The headquarters complex includes numerous conference rooms, High Definition video conference rooms, and training rooms all designed for various levels of media presentation and videoconferencing facilities. A media management system serves the entire campus and is capable of controlling and monitoring all audio visual elements in all rooms from a central location through the local area network.
Building 500 contains a 400-seat Media Room equipped for dual screen seamless presentations for a variety of media. The installed systems provide recording, videoconferencing and video streaming for upper management staff. The room is equipped with a 28’-0†projection screen as the main display.
The Customer Education Center, located in Building 100, and serves as the executive briefing/marketing center. The Center is equipped with rear projection videoconference meeting rooms, interactive displays, video walls, and a small home theater with a flat panel display and surround sound.
LEED Gold Certification is being sought for the new facility.
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Training/Fitness/Executive Boardroom Facilities, The Woodlands, Texas
The Executive Board Room was designed with a dual screen rear projected video presentation system. The six-way divisible Conference Room is equipped with video presentation systems that can be used independently or jointly, while the Video Conference Room includes a full-motion two-way video conference and media presentation system. Two Training Rooms contain media presentation systems using dual screen configurations. The project also includes rear projection Conference Rooms, a 3×3 video cube presentation wall, and a multi-zone background music system and various flat screen video displays.


Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Austin, Texas
BAi, LLC provided design services for architectural acoustics, multi-zone paging, ambient noise sensing, and computer control system for the new $137 Million/25-gate airport terminal for the City of Austin.


Austin City Hall Council Chambers, Austin, Texas
The new chamber features theater-style seating for 156, a large viewing, a flat panel video display for each seat on the dais, and additional screens in the lobby and plaza. Sharp-pointed copper “clouds†hung from the ceiling are acoustical panels to improve sound projection.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Tom Harkin Global Television Production and Communications Center (Building 19), Corporate Office Building (Building #21), Atlanta, Georgia
BAI served as the acoustical consultant for the Communications Center and Corporate Office Building. The Communications Center includes the Visitor Center to provide training programs for public health professionals. The new Corporate Office building is a flexible and efficient workplace for both administrative and operations staff.


Temple Police Facility, Temple, Texas
The new Temple Police facility includes a rear projection media presentation system in the Community Room/Department Training Room; front projected video media presentation system in the Briefing and Training Room; full motion two-way video system in the Arraignment Room that allows the suspect to be arraigned by the judge from an off-site location; and flat screen video displays in the Presentation Conference Rooms.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Corporate Office, Atlanta, Georgia
BAI, LLC provided the design for the Audio Visual Systems and Electronic Voting System in the 200-seat Presentation Theatre along with the building Paging and Sound Masking System for the new corporate headquarters complex.

Zachry Construction Corporation, Corporate Headquarters Phases I and II, San Antonio, Texas
For the renovation/addition of Corporate Headquarters building, BAi provided design services for the a rear projection video system with full two-way video conferencing capability in the Executive Boardroom; building-wide background music/paging system; and sound masking in the open office areas. A two-way video conferencing and presentation system was designed for the Video Conference Rooms, along with a multi-zone background music system for the Fitness Center.
The Building “C†Remodel included the design of dual/divisible rear projection video presentation system in the Training Room, flat screen video presentation in the Conference Rooms, a sound masking system in the open offices areas; and flat panel displays building-wide used for the promotional and scheduling purposes in the public areas of the building.

Law office of Vinson & Elkins, LLP, Austin, Texas
This project features divisible meeting rooms equipped with full audio visual presentation capabilities and videoconferencing rooms.
